The Bizopen Diamond Bur Round 801-014 Super Fine Grit represents the highest surface quality specification in Bizopen’s round bur range, delivering polishing-grade surface preparation for high-aesthetic direct composite cases and final enamel surface conditioning before adhesive bonding procedures. The 320 grit super fine diamond coating produces surface finishes in the 0.5 to 1.0 micron Ra range — approaching the smoothness achieved with conventional rotary polishing instruments — while maintaining the geometric precision and access capability of a diamond bur. Super fine grit round burs are indicated for final internal cavity wall conditioning before adhesive bonding, for enamel surface microabrasion in cosmetic enhancement procedures, and for smoothing restoration margins on completed direct composite restorations to improve marginal seal and aesthetic transition. The 1.4 mm head diameter provides the working contact area needed for efficient surface conditioning on restoration margins and preparation walls without the aggressive material removal of coarser instruments.
