  • Handcrafted Nature: Since BIZOPEN specializes in custom-fitted grillz and jewelry, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products.

  • Accuracy: We do not guarantee that all product information is error-free and reserve the right to correct errors or update specifications without prior notice.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping, taxes, and custom duty fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.

  • Payment: We accept secure payment methods including major credit cards and PayPal.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Processing Time: Custom grillz require a specialized fabrication process. Typical production times will be communicated upon order, followed by 1-3 business days for shipping preparation.

  • Delays: BIZOPEN is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier issues, customs procedures, or other events outside our control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the highly personalized nature of custom-fitted dental jewelry (Grillz):

  • Custom Items: Custom-made products are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Standard Items: Non-custom jewelry may be eligible for return within 30 days if in original, unused condition. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the BIZOPEN website—including logos, text, graphics, and unique product designs—is the exclusive property of BIZOPEN and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIZOPEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
